Handmade goods may vary in the following ways:

    Colors may vary slightly, e.g., Bolga baskets may vary in shade due to the grass being hand-dyed, and Senegal baskets may vary in shade due to the upcycled plastic used

  • Design Placement

    Design placement may vary

  • Basket Shapes & Sizes

    Measurements of baskets may vary by several inches. Basket shapes may vary, as each basket is handwoven and entirely unique.

These baskets are both examples of our medium size Silver & White Triangles Lidded Basket. The triangles vary between the 2 baskets, but the overall motif is the same. This is a good example of the kinds of variation we expect.

One of a Kind Items

One of a Kind products are the exception to this policy. Look for our One of a Kind badge to indicate that you'll be receiving exactly the item shown in photos. 

Quality Control

We quality check each item here in our Eugene, Oregon warehouse. You can expect your purchase to:

  • Arrive undamaged
  • Have a lid that fits
  • Match our photos and descriptions to the best of our ability

Baskets and other items that do not meet our quality control standards are sold at our warehouse outlet. Come visit us if you're local!

Returns & Questions

Please keep in mind the unique nature of your purchase when evaluating a product for a return or exchange. Variations are expected in handmade items, and we do not consider slight variations in color, pattern, etc. to be valid reasons for free return shipping.
