We're Ape About Chimpanzees South African Relate Cause Bracelet

Through the sale of We're Ape About Chimpanzees bracelets, Relate has raised more than $23,000USD to support the Jane Goodall Institute. Each bracelet is handcrafted in South Africa, and includes an informative display card to promote awareness for Chimp Eden.

The goal of the Jane Goodall Institute through South Africa’s chimpanzee sanctuary, Chimp Eden, is to rescue chimpanzees that have been orphaned, survived the bush meat trade, been traded in the illegal pet market, and been rescued from being traumatized for entertainment in circuses, beach resorts and nightclubs. Established in 2006, Chimp Eden is the first and only chimpanzee sanctuary in South Africa. Situated outside Nelspruit, Chimp Eden is home to chimps that have been misplaced from their natural habitats in Africa.
